Fee for demarcation of Nansei land, Increased from Rs.50 to Rs.2000. The fee for subdividing land has been raised 10 times. The Government of Tamil Nadu, on behalf of the Land Survey Department, is carrying out land surveying and subdivision, determining the boundaries of the field on the application of the landowners, re-surveying on appeal, providing a visual copy and a copy of the District Circular Map. It is the duty of the department to measure and subdivide the land within 90 days of filing the petition. தமிழக அரசின் உத்தரவின் படி , நில அளவைக்கட்டணம் உயர்வு  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ தமிழகத்தில் , நில அளவீட்டு கட்டணம் சுமார் 40 மடங்கு உயர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. நன்செய் நிலத்தின், எல்லை நிர்ணயம் செய்வதற்கான கட்டணம் , ரூபாய் 50 ல் இருந்து ரூபாய் 2000 ஆக அதிகரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. நிலத்தை உட்பிரிவு செய்வதற்கான கட்டணம், 10 மடங்கு உயர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. தமிழக அரசின், நில அளவைத்துறை சார்பில், நிலத்தை அளந்து உட்பிரிவு செய்வது , நில உரிமையாளர்களின் விண்ணப்பத்தின் பேரில்  புல எல்லைகளை நிர்ணயிப்பது, மேல் முறையீட்டின் பேரில் மறு அளவீடு செய்தல், புலப்பட நகல், மாவட்ட வட்ட வரைபட நகல் வழங்குதல் உள்ளிட்ட பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படுகின்றன. இதற்காக மனு கொடுத்த 90 நாட்களுக்குள் , நிலத்தை அளந்து உட்பிரிவு செய்ய வேண்டியது , அத்துறையின் கடமை ஆகும். வருவாய்த்துறையின் கீழ் இயங்கும் நில அளவைத்துறை , பத்திரப்பதிவுத்துறையுடன் இணைக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்பது , ரியல் எஸ்டேட் தொழிலதிபர்களின் நெடு நாள் கோரிக்கையாக உள்ளதையும் , இங்கு சுட்டிக்காட்ட வேண்டிய...
