The Government of Tamil Nadu, on behalf of the Land Survey Department, is carrying out land surveying and subdivision, determining the boundaries of the field on the application of the landowners, re-surveying on appeal, providing a visual copy and a copy of the District Circular Map. It is the duty of the department to measure and subdivide the land within 90 days of filing the petition.
