Hindu – Muslim marriage is it
legal and accepted as per Indian Marriage law?
Yes, its legal and accepted as per Indian Marriage law.
As per Indian Marriage law, any individual male or female can
marry any female or male irrespective of caste or creed to get legally accepted
by government of India.
In order to register the above inter caste marriage, neither
husband nor wife required to change their religion.
Moreover, the marriage rituals is not compulsory as well as
not required to represent any specific religion.
In order to receive the Government marriage certificate, the
marriage have to be registered as per(Central
government act) special marriage act, 1954.
We also need to submit the document proofs for the marriage
conducted while registration.
The registrar office needs 30 working days as a Notice period
to provide a valid certificate.
After the notice period, the marriage can be registered, and
the government certificate can be received.
